Voltage Alarm – User Guide

1. Connect the Device
   Plug the BB alarm into the battery’s balance connector.
   
   How to Insert?
   Refer to the picture. Connect the negative lead of the tester to the battery’s negative terminal, and insert the other pins into the battery’s balance connector in order. You should hear the tester beep twice, indicating a successful connection. Note: If there is no display or alarm, rotate the battery’s white charging plug 180° and reconnect.
   
   

2. Set the Alarm Voltage

   • The setting button is the small black dot located between the two buzzers.

   • Press the button once to display the current alarm voltage. Each press will cycle through the available voltage values.

   • Example: If the display shows 3.6V, press once to switch to 3.7V. The alarm voltage is now set to 3.7V.

   • To set it to 3.2V, keep pressing until “3.2V” appears on the screen.

   • After a few seconds of no operation, the device will automatically save your setting and return to showing the real-time voltage.

3. Turn Off the Alarm
   When the display shows “OFF,” the alarm function is disabled.

4. Alarm Condition
   The BB alarm will sound when any single cell’s voltage drops below the set value.

Voltage Display – User Guide

1. Connect the Device
   Plug the BB alarm into the battery’s balance connector. After connection, the display will first show “ALL”, indicating the total battery voltage will be displayed next.

   • Example: If it shows “23.2”, it means the total battery voltage is 23.2V.

2. Cell-by-Cell Voltage Display
   The BB alarm will then display each cell’s voltage one by one:

   • When “NO1” appears, the next number shows the voltage of cell 1.
     Example: “3.12” means cell 1 voltage is 3.12V.

   • It will then display “NO2”, “NO3”, “NO4”, “NO5”, and “NO6”, each followed by the corresponding voltage reading for cells 2 through 6.

3. Display for Different Battery Packs
   For a 6S battery, the display will show NO1 through NO6.
   For a 3S battery, only NO1, NO2, and NO3 will be displayed. NO4–NO6 will not be shown, and the process ends after the last cell.

Product Overview

This voltage display unit is designed for 1S–8S lithium battery monitoring. It automatically measures and displays the voltage of each individual cell as well as the total pack voltage.
It features reverse polarity protection (no damage if connected backwards), low-voltage alarm to prevent over-discharge, reverse-connection protection, as well as water and impact resistance for reliable performance in various environments.

The device provides real-time monitoring of battery status, helping to prevent battery damage caused by over-discharge or overcharge.
When the voltage drops below the preset threshold, the buzzer will sound and the red LED will flash. The factory default alarm voltage is 3.3V, but it can be adjusted by pressing the button, and the device will automatically save the new setting.
